Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and product availability.

We work with international suppliers to bring you the best quality at honest prices. Some shipments may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience. Every piece is worth the wait.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Delays

During peak periods (sales, public holidays, etc.) delivery times may be slightly extended. If more than 25 business days have passed since your order without receiving it, contact us and we’ll sort it out immediately.
