Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it, no questions asked.

How to start a return

Email us at jmstorebusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Sale items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you’ve received a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately. In these cases, we cover all return costs and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge to you.
